Our senior management team including Ben Gareau the owner of Advantage Collision in Saskatoon and JG’s Collision in Prince Albert, Charlie Matus business partner and manager at Advantage Collision and Earl Chatlain manager at JG’s Collision attended the International Autobody Congress and Exposition (NACE) in Anaheim California in August.
NACE is a world class trade expo and conference bringing together auto body industry educators, car manufacturers, paint manufacturers, tool and equipment manufacturers and information technology developers from across North America and around the world under one roof. NACE is the place to be for information on what automobile manufacturers trends are and where they think they will be in the future and how that will impact how we fix your new car. NACE also has extensive training seminars on everything from all facets of the auto body repair industry. These seminars include pay for classes in management, body/structural repair, electronics, restraint systems, refinish, etc. that are delivered by Inter-Industry Conference on Auto Collision Repair (I-CAR) and Automotive Management Institute (AMI.) There are also free seminars presented by the auto manufacturers on proper repair techniques involving new construction material compositions and technology. That’s not to mention repair product, tool and equipment demonstrations.
All that said NACE is a place to be because we want to do and learn everything we can so we are able to deliver the best possible auto body repair on your car, truck or SUV.
